Take a Break from the Thoughts & Feelings of a Stressful Life
& get Grounded in the Present Moment of Touch, Sight & Sound

"Focus on Positive" (including Loving Kindness)
will be guided at the end of the day.

Based on the “5 Ways” teachings of Shinzen Young

8-10am INTRODUCTION for FIRST TIMERS
(Meditation Technique & Q&A)
10:15 Guided Medtitation (“Focus Out”)
12:30-1:30 Lunch (optional eating meditation)
1:30pm Short Guided Meditation
2:30pm Sheng Zhen Qigong (healing movement)
4pm  Guided ‘Loving Kindness’


Sitting gear is provided. Feel free to bring blankets for your comfort.
You may want to bring a lunch to participate in the Eating Meditation.
