We begin with experiencing being present with ourselves & our food (during guided eating meditation.) A day of Retreat for 5 women:

This intimate retreat setting offers a day of guided meditation,
walking/movement meditation, eating meditation, dharma talk,
Q&A,
and deepening of practice.


Held at a private residence in Santa Monica, CA.

(After the first 5 women register, a waiting list will be started.
Due to constantly changing schedules, people from the waiting list will end up taking the workshop,
and then money will be refunded to whomever had to cancel. And it’s all good.)
