QUOTES:
This is a meditation for actors class that a every actor should take. Important skills for success.
I learned to relax & support my body, while allowing my emotions to arise spontaneously,
and Ive definitely increased my ability to concentrate on what Im doing. Invaluable.
I honestly dont know why more actors dont take advantage of these techniques.
"I didn't really feel like I was doing 'meditation' -- just learning to focus in a way that is so helpful for what I want to do."
