MEDITATION TECHNIQUES
for the stuff that comes up
IN DAILY LIFE

So much of our discomfort or suffering comes from
feeling
overwhelmed with all the responsibilities & pressures in our lives
– made worse by the incessant (usually
self-judgmental) chatter in our heads,
and sometimes by
urge & desire that lead to unhealthy behaviors
that we wish we wouldn’t do.

In this workshop, we will learn
basic strategies & techniques
to help begin the process of dismantling this ‘overwhelm’
and establishing a new relationship to our thoughts & feelings
 (& ultimately perceptions)
to help our day to day life feel

less stressful  & more focused, grounded & fulfilling.
2 Sundays
November 7th & 14th
3-5:30 pm

[The first class will focus on various techniques for working with, slowing down, quieting, changing the relationship to ‘internal talk’
& the second class will focus on how feelings & thoughts interact to create urge & suffering, & ways we can dismantle that  —adding upon techniques learned in the first class. ]
